We are in a position to manage the production of special bespoke normalised components of any kind. We work with 10 of the worlds’ best, highly specialised manufacturers and deliver the finest materials, the utmost precision and flawless compliance with tolerance values. Depending on your needs and on the intended application, we are in a position to provide specific surface coatings: TIN, DLC, WC/C Carbon layer and Super latex.
To guarantee our customers a traceable product, we mark every standard product with the Rigon logo, our code and the dimensions.
As for special items, we have the opportunity to mark the product with the customer’s own code.
We are in a position to supply surface coatings on normalised components for plastic, sheet metal and die-casting moulds. These specific finishes help ensure resistance to wear and corrosion of moulding gases, as well as guarantee smooth sliding and minimise the use of lubricants. We provide PVD, CVD, DLC, Super latex, WC/C Carbon layer and many other coatings.
A dedicated area for every customer to send us orders, download transport documents and invoices as well as monitor their shipments. They can also download technical diagrams for special items here.
Each customer has a single sales contact person at Rigon: a person who is capable of anticipating their needs. Each contact person is trained to provide exhaustive information about products: compatibility and alternatives, use and treatments. Our long-standing experience puts us in a position to suggest the most suitable materials, the best performing coatings and the necessary changes: we want to find useful solutions for our customers, so they always get the best from their moulds.
We have no limits: we can find the best solution for any kind of mould. And we can do this at a competitive price.
We select suppliers who guarantee the traceability of materials and use state-of-the-art machinery to ensure we deliver products with the lowest levels of roughness and the utmost tolerance precision.
We have no minimum or rigid order quantities: we are flexible. What’s more, we deliver each product with all the technical information the customer needs to use it and achieve the maximum performance levels possible.
We boast 6 automatic warehouses which contain all the standard normalised mould components in our catalogue. Using latest-generation technologies and software, we have built an automatic system that picks goods, handles them and then prepares them for shipment. This means we can optimise time frames and prevent errors: everything is faster, leaner and more efficient.
From the moment we hand over the goods to the carrier, each customer receives the transport document in .pdf format along with a link to track their shipment: this means they can find out where their order is at all times and provides a rather accurate estimate of the delivery times.
